Top Notch Cuisine

During my family’s visit, we experienced amazing dining at Los Murales. The food was excellent, and it was clear how dedicated the chefs were to creating a nice culinary experience. Our waiter, Fernando, along with Chef Daniel, treated us like family and went above and beyond to ensure our meals were perfect. The lobster dish with 5 Chile sauce was a highlight that I will never forget!

Luxurious Relaxation

I indulged in a massage at the spa and it was one of the best decisions I've made! Esteban provided an really good Swedish relaxation massage that left me feeling rejuvenated. The tranquil ambiance and luxurious treatment rooms enhanced the overall experience, making it a perfect way to unwind during our stay. I can't recommend it enough!

Comfortable & Spacious

The deluxe junior suite we stayed in was perfectly appointed for our family. It had a full-size kitchen, allowing us to prepare snacks when we wanted. The cleanliness and spaciousness made us feel very comfortable. The large balcony was an excellent spot to enjoy our morning coffee with stunning views. Overall, the room provided everything we needed and more for a fantastic vacation!

Our stay at the resort was fantastic! We truly felt at home thanks to the incredible service at the new restaurant, Kinoko, where the teppanyaki grill was a highlight. While the beach had some rocky areas, overall, it was a lovely spot to relax. The dining was themed and quite enjoyable, although I would have liked a broader seafood selection. The entertainment could definitely use some improvement, but the service and amenities made our trip memorable.

We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Haciendas! The resort is perfect for families, with ample space in our suites and great amenities for kids. The beachfront was lovely and the pools fantastic. However, it is quite large, which makes it less ideal for couples seeking intimacy, and there can be a bit of a wait at mealtimes. Overall, we found great value for the price and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation.
