Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at the resort was fantastic! We truly felt at home thanks to the incredible service at the new restaurant, Kinoko, where the teppanyaki grill was a highlight. While the beach had some rocky areas, overall, it was a lovely spot to relax. The dining was themed and quite enjoyable, although I would have liked a broader seafood selection. The entertainment could definitely use some improvement, but the service and amenities made our trip memorable.
We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Haciendas! The resort is perfect for families, with ample space in our suites and great amenities for kids. The beachfront was lovely and the pools fantastic. However, it is quite large, which makes it less ideal for couples seeking intimacy, and there can be a bit of a wait at mealtimes. Overall, we found great value for the price and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation.
I had a fantastic time at this resort, which felt just the right size, not too overwhelming with about 300 rooms. The warm pools and family-friendly amenities were perfect for my kids, and the food exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The only downside was that the late-night entertainment options could be improved to cater to adults more, but overall it was a wonderful stay.
Our stay at The Royal Haciendas was absolutely magical. The resort offers a wonderful range of activities and the staff makes you feel right at home. However, our wait for the room on arrival was a bit longer than expected, and some dining options felt limited. Overall, it's a fantastic choice for families looking to relax and have fun together.
I stayed at the Royal Haciendas with my boyfriend during spring break, and while the resort is visually appealing, my experience had notable downsides. The pools and beach are beautiful, and the resort is well-maintained, but I found the dining options and service to be lacking. The rooms were spacious, but our bed situation was uncomfortable, and the nightly entertainment was disappointing. Overall, I enjoyed some aspects of my stay, but I probably wouldn't return given the issues I encountered.
