Really good Dining Experience

The food at The Royal Haciendas is truly excellent. From the main buffet at La Palapa to the a la carte dining options, I found a great variety of dishes that catered to everyone's tastes. The highlight was definitely the Las Murales restaurant where I enjoyed great service and delicious tacos. I particularly loved the gluten-free options available for my family. Highly recommend trying the tuna tartare from the buffet menu!

Fantastic Kids Club

My kids absolutely loved the kids club at The Royal Haciendas! They offer a wide range of activities from crafts to beach games, and the schedule is very accommodating. My daughter raved about the fun she had and even talked about it all year. This was definitely a major reason we came back this year!

Relaxing Spa Experience

I treated myself to an very nice massage at the resort's spa. The atmosphere was tranquil, and I really appreciated the opportunity to soak in the hot tub before my treatment. Esteban was my masseur, and he had a skillful touch that relieved all my tension. The whole experience left me feeling rejuvenated, and I would definitely go back for another session.

Great Sports Opportunities

Our stay at the resort was fantastic! We truly felt at home thanks to the incredible service at the new restaurant, Kinoko, where the teppanyaki grill was a highlight. While the beach had some rocky areas, overall, it was a lovely spot to relax. The dining was themed and quite enjoyable, although I would have liked a broader seafood selection. The entertainment could definitely use some improvement, but the service and amenities made our trip memorable.
